FURTY DZIAŁOWE - AMBRAZURY

Temat będzie modyfikowany w miarę zdobywania nowych informacji.

Zapewne w literaturze poświęconej HMS Victory znajdują się wymiary furt działowych na poszczególnych pokładach.
Dopóki ich nie poznamy spróbujemy to sami wyliczyć (przynajmniej będziemy mieli dane porównawcze).

W kolekcji DeA otwory furt mają 12 x 12 mm i są pomniejszone o wklejone ramki (w instrukcji podają nazwę zrębnice [?])

Wg mnie takie ramki miałyby sens gdyby było drugie poszycie i robilibyśmy wrąb (felc) czyli z przesunięciem wokół otworu.

Szyby i okna w furtach to oczywiście względy turystyki. Wg informacji od pana Krzysztofa Gerlacha w 1805 roku w furtach okien nie było.

Jak widać na zdjęciu furt dolnego pokładu działowego, taki wrąb jest po bokach i na górze, a na parapecie go nie ma (czy to było wystarczające uszczelnienie, w czasie rejsu furty dolnego pokładu były często pod wodą).
